The human body is made of various tissue and cells. Tissues are small molecular substances that combine together in large amount to form muscles. There are tissue banks available that provide human and other animal tissue for medical research and treatment purpose. Every drug manufacturing company focuses strongly on the molecular targeted therapies for invention of medicinal drugs. However, these therapies have started to face severe challenges in finding the state of art mechanism for identification of specific molecules, like enzymes, lipids, proteins, etc. These molecules definitely play very crucial role in governing diseases, like asthma & rheumatoid arthritis, thereby, providing much rational molecular targets for some kind of therapeutic intervention. If looked at the initial stages, then a medicine discovery platform may well identify the targets using bioinformatics capabilities and advanced genomics techniques. A tissue banks can help in the research work. Once the targets are validated in relevant vivo and vitro disease models, all the leading drug manufacturing candidates are optimized using computational and crystallography chemistry. Also, remember that the entire process goes through target-driven screening. Human tissue research specimen acquisition these days has become a very crucial step and a must for target validation, clinical development, and drug discovery. Using tissues of human for critical research like molecular target expression/activation can definitely be helpful in providing key data from the discovery stages. When going through protein and gene expression level, these tissues can be utilized for identification of those types of molecular entities being largely involved in causing cancerous human disease growth factor. The preclinical development work is not sufficient. Information obtained through human tissue studies is equally crucial in designing the early phases of clinical treatment process. Human tissue can help in reducing the cost of medical research by a large amount. A licensed tissue bank is necessary to find in order to achieve the necessary samples for research purpose.
