Your new distributor is now one hundred percent motivated and will then take all aspects of the marketing of her business in her own hands in order to grow her success on an ongoing basis. Your new distributor is now your distributor for life. That is the difference between making sure that the Warm Market list is completed with at least one hundred names during the Getting Started Meeting with your new distributor compared to sending your distributor home and asking them to compile their Warm Market list of people on their own or by themselves. The former approach works and is extremely successful and the latter approach does not work and is extremely unsuccessful. That is why the list is so important. The list can also comprise of leads that have been brought in from the internet as a result of the internet marketing of the business done by you as well as your new sponsor. So, do the list together with your new distributor at the Getting Started Meeting until at least one hundred names have been listed and or written down on your new distributor's list. The next thing that you as the sponsor will do at your Getting Started Meeting with your new distributor is to get his or her pre approach packages out in circulation. These pre approach packages must be what you as the sponsor have decided to include in them as part of your duplication system. Your new distributor needs to send out those pre approach packages to the next group of prospects that he or she has contacted to attend the next presentation. After that the next thing to do at the Getting Started Meeting with your new distributor is to schedule the presentations for the next few weeks ahead. The scheduling of these presentations include group presentations at a venue such as your new distirbutor's home as well as scheduling one-on-one and two-on-one presentations. This is the business. You can obviously also conduct these presentations with your prospects in your web conference room on the internet. You need to get your new distributor immersed in this process as quickly and as effectively and efficiently as possible. So you need to get his or her presentations being conducted out there to new prospects as quickly as possible and you as her or his sponsor need to get as many people in her group as quickly as possible. Your new distributor must face her 'Chicken List' of the fifteen or more people that she is most afraid to contact.
