Our health is the primary factor that we always take into consideration while doing any plan for future periods but often we forget to consider the effect of hazardous particles in the air or the contaminated water that we every time consume while inhaling air or during the time of drinking water. Freshness of the air or water is mainly lost due to the pollution caused by different types of industries who all are operating in different urban and suburban areas where the maximum ponds, rivers or air is highly polluted with the particles, smokes etc. which all are generated from the production work of the factory located at that area. Generally the owners of those industries do not have any intention to compensate the huge loss caused to the local people due to their function. Either they are careless or have the aim of earning profit without compensating the loss bearers or without giving a thought to the losses caused to the environment. The health issues are the main concern in those areas. The local inhabitants often suffer from various diseases which are mainly caused by pollution. Many heavy industries lead to occupational diseases like cancer, lung infection, skin problems etc. It has also been noticed that no dispensary are set up to treat these distressed persons suffering from occupational health issues by many greedy businessmen who are only aware about their share of profits and nothing else . Laws and regulation should be strict enough to deal with these people so that they can never think of indulging with such notorious type of game with their own workers or staff members. All of the industrialists should always remember that the persons employed by him are the assets of the enterprise and without their help the company would not be able to run for a long time with success. Society as a whole should be benefitted from their working pattern. In order to protect the surrounding from pollution the entities often use machines such as Grease Muncher Arrestors whereby they can set up mechanical devices in their factories whereby they can control the ecological pollution. Diversified range of equipments are installed in order to protect the areas and also to replace manual efforts in many cases because many a times it has been seen that heavy works may be performed by devices in a better manner .
