All 3 of our spacious 8-sleeper duplex units are situated in a quiet corner of the 4-star golf and wildlife resort where Impala, Vervet monkeys and Egyptian Geese roam free.The units are very close to each other if guests require more than one unit. Each unit is outfitted to a very high standard and consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with flat screen television, a twin bedroom and double bedroom downstairs with 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and the other semi en-suite. Upstairs is a 4-sleeper loft area with television, 2 single beds, a bunk bed, an additional day bed and a wooden cot for parents with small babies. The loft areas are very popular with families with small kids or teenagers as it provides them with their own entertainment area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mirrors, hairdryers and fitted wardrobes. The units are furnished with everything you might require to make this a home away from home, including a fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels. A daily cleaning service is included in our price, so you can do as much relaxing as you want. Each unit is charming in its own way and all three units are great for bird watching and you have a very good chance of having some Impalas grazing nearby or having monkeys entertaining you. The patio of unit 1 looks out over a beautiful indigenous garden, unit 2 (50 metres or so away) has a view of a small dam with great bird spotting opportunities (and the occasional baby crocodile!) and unit 3 is situated near a stream with large trees providing a reprieve from the hot sunny days. The trees outside unit 3 are known to be visited by owls and many other interesting birds. When you are not relaxing or having a braai (‘barbeque’) on one of the spacious wooden decks there is ample opportunity to keep yourself occupied in the area. Within Kruger Park Lodge there are tennis courts, a minigolf course, 3 swimming pools, a hippo hide, walking trails and of course the 9 hole (18 tee) Gary Player designed golf course.
