Lee’s Discount Liquor (www.LeesLiquorlv.com) will feature Empire Rockefeller Vodka, Signature Rockefeller Cognac and F. Rockefeller and Sons vintage 2004 champagne. Empire Rockefeller Vodka came to market in 2012 and has quickly earned respect for its unique smooth taste. It is the only vodka in the world that is distilled six times in a copper cognac kettle in the Cognac region of France. The winter wheat used for Empire Rockefeller Vodka is done organically in France in the dedication of being as natural as possible. The water used in its production comes from pristine French springs, filtered through Champagne limestone. Empire Rockefeller starts off with what can be described as a very mild sweet start. This taste greets and lingers for a few seconds and gives way to a full-bodied middle followed by an extraordinary smooth, subtle finish. F. Rockefeller and Sons Champagne is a vintage 2004 champagne that features a delicate stream of bubbles, a golden straw color and honey-mingled aromas with notes of hazelnut and subtle notes of almond paste and vanilla. It has been described as fresh, well-rounded and astonishingly persistent. Signature Rockefeller Cognac features three lines of cognac distilled from a vineyard in the Cognac region of France. The VS line is a fine blend of Fins Bois & Borderie crus, aged in French oak casks. It is the perfect drink for those who want a cognac with a hint of ripe fruit, spring blossom and fresh oak. The VSOP line has a unique personality, with a mixture of fruity Fins Bois and Grande & Petite champagne. It features an extraordinary vanilla finesse that derives from decade-old French oak barrels. The XO line features a blend of fruit that comes from a 20-year-old eaux-de-vie that has reached full maturity. Patrons will feel their taste buds explode with delight once the caramelized peach, almond and candied fruits come into contact.
