The purpose of this study is to obtain compensation data used for trending and planning purposes at companies of all sizes, locations, and industries. This survey will report merit increases for 2013 and projected 2014 across various job groups (Executive, Management, Exempt, Non-Exempt, and Hourly/Production). Other topics include salary structure movement, short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages. We are inviting all organizations to take part in this survey. Participation ends June 12, 2013. The information you provide will be held in the strictest confidentiality. All the data will be pooled; hence, individual responses cannot be traced back to any company in particular. CRI will share the results of this survey to all participating employers, free of charge.
