One of those is the ability to influence. A staff that has authority to influence a client is an asset to that t organization. This is because, through them, business goes on as usual. More sales are made possible. The staff is able to lure more clients into the organization easily. It’s also interesting to note that there is a difference between a staff who has undergone this process and one who has not. The difference is the handling of the customer .A difference should be stirred between the two: one of them is able to bring in more customers, which means good prospects for the business.
