With the changing technologies now, every aspect of life and business is also changing around the world. The legal system in India is also not an exception for this. If we go few decades back, we will see a courtroom with a handcuffed criminal and a lawyer in black coat arguing for him, or, that of an old man following a lawyer with the documents of his ancestral properties. Because in old days the lawyer’s profession was mostly associated with criminal cases and some civil suites mainly related to ancestral properties. In case of corporate law field in India, the whole picture of legal corporate world has been changed with the advent of new corporate houses dealing with diverse corporate affairs. Now corporate law firms are not just dealing with the cases, but also help the corporate in drafting various agreements, getting registrations etc too. Foreign law firms are also entering into Indian legal world. All the big corporate houses are making contracts with law firms. This kind of contract provides them the easy, efficient, fast legal support anytime anywhere with the other benefits. While some companies prefer to hire law professionals in-house exclusively for taking care of their legal needs and company’s legal proceedings. Such lawyers are in the payroll of the company as permanent employees or on contract and enjoying a good remuneration. The new generation Lawyers are taking the help of the modern technologies to make their job sustainable in the profession. All the brilliant lawyers turned to specializations such as company law, commercial procedures, and international trade processes etc. Their duty is not to argue in any courts, but to supervise the legal matters of the company in various areas.. As the demand for lawyers increased top law firms started wooing brilliant young lawyers into their fold. It has changed the old concept of junior lawyers who used to follow the senior with the bundles of files and will not do anything independently. Indian law firm has the experience and specialized corporate lawyers and criminal lawyers to guide you in providing the advice how can you start your business in India legally. The opening a business shop in India needs an entrepreneur to structure the most positive ownership pattern. The structure and design of business depends on the ownership pattern because it decides the additional benefits from multi bilateral treaties with other countries.
