Executive MBA programs were a revolution in the corporate world. Professionals, who have gained the required experience but lack the academic know-how, can opt for an executive MBA program and add an edge to their resume. The other options for such aspirants can be one year MBA, part time MBA and even PGDM courses. In areas like IT, the need for such programs is more than evident as the industry is in the phase of experiencing a revolution. This eligibility criterion helps reinforce the fact that executive MBA program is built on the foundation which is poles apart from the regular MBA courses. But this criteria doest restrict the participants of an executive MBA program. From professionals to bosses, everyone is eligible for an executive MBA. Yes! Even bosses or business owners should not hesitate to opt for an executive MBA program. After all, the knowledge gained is always going to benefit the business. Apart from bringing value to a business, executive MBA helps explore new business horizons for the business. In fact, individually, the executive MBA program, PGDM and other MBA courses add to the skill set. The objective of taking up an executive MBA program may differ but the benefits ultimately lead to the betterment of the business.
