eating habits (unhealthy) Most people especially Americans, have been exposed to unhealthy, junk food all of their lives. With all of the ads, commercials, availabilty, affordability, and convenienceof fattening foods out there, it's obviouse to see why. The rate of obesity and heart disease has steadily grown within the past 20 years. Some nutritinists say these numbers are steadily decreasing due to such implications such as additions of fuit and salad on fast food menus and healthier choices in snack machines. Healthy food Healthy food can be implimented in your daily eating habits in many ways. Foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat, whole grains, and plenty of water are best. You can have a chicken salad for lunch instead of a burger. You can drink frozen fuit smoothie every morning for breakfast. You can have a nice grilled tilapi instead of fried. Even making choices such as whole grain chips instead of potatoe chips can have a positive effect over the long run. What are you actually willing to eat? For the most effective diet plan possible you want to choose the healthy food you are willing to eat. Some people cannot stand eating green vegetables. There is whole variety of food out there that is enjoyable for everyone to enjoy. Expand your thinking out food, and that will help make the process of losing weight through dieting alot more doable. So decide exactly what foods you are going to eat for the week or the month and then buy only that at the grocery store. Train yourself to establish better eating habits. Allow yourself a snack Allow yourself some junk food every once in a while. Trying to eat healthy all of the time when you are begining a new diet will only make you break down and relapse. Cut back on unhealthy food at first, only a little bit and begin to incorporate healthy food. Don't keep junk food in your home. If you need a snack, go to the store. Make sure it's not readily available. Cook and prepare your food on a regular basis and then on special occasions allow yourself to eat whatever you want socially. Remember weight loss hapens slowly. The key is not to kill yourself in the process. You can't undo years of certain habbits in one week. Weight Loss is a True Lifestyle change and takes time. The extra weight eventually accumulates over time because of a few reasons. Each and every days calls for effort and something new to learn. If you start out slowly and remain consistant, You will experience results
