Modular construction is used by a variety of industries for many different applications. Several industries have been championing the use of modular construction, and one of the biggest users of modular applications is in commercial warehousing. Commercial warehouses typically come in quite Spartan conditions. Most of the time they are large open spaces that can be customized specially for the different kinds of applications that will be happening in the warehouse. The components are then shipped to the warehouse where they are assembled in recorded time. This process is dramatically faster than traditional means of construction and can be completed in about half the time. Modular construction also comes with the added benefit of flexibility. Modular wall systems can be used on their own to be stand- alone structures complete with HVAC controls and electrical wiring, and can be easily wired for phone and data lines. Modular walls can also be used with the existing walls of your structure around your commercial warehouse.
