Even the Meenmutty falls are worth seeing. In fact, the waterfall is the most majestic one in the Wayanad district. Falling from 300 meters it splits into three tiers. You need to trek for 2 km to reach up to falls but it is worthy to do so. The Karapuzha Dam reservoir, one of the biggest earth dams, is a great place to be if you wish to see aquatic birds. The partially submerged hills and green islands make up a perfect breeding ground for them. Among the temples, the famous ones to visit are Sri Maha Vishnu temple, the Ayappa Swamy, and the Jain temples.
