Along with this the person needs to provide with a capital investment of at least $ 1 million and also create 10 job opportunities in the particular target region where he wants to shift his business. However, in certain cases, like if the area is not so populated (less than 20,000 population) or it is a rural area, then the business owner can provide with $ 5, 00,000 to the government. The job opportunities that he will provide will be for 10 citizens in the area at least, and this excludes his family or anyone he knows. Though there can be the situation where the Attorney General can have the sum increased to $ 3 million in case it is a highly populated area or has huge employment scope already. But this hasn’t been faced by any business till now. Till now through the EB5 Investment Visa a huge number of businesses have successfully made new venture in the US and are still there. For all businesses: This is beneficial for any type of business, right from the apparel, software to vineyard and even for a franchise opportunity. The last one will find things easy to do as it can provide with job or business opportunities with no trouble to the citizens in the area where it will be expanded.
