The Truflo Flow Totalizer is a meterwhich is mainly used for measuring the total flow rate of a particular liquid. The Truflo Flow Totalizershows the flow rate in four digits and also displays the total flow rate in terms of eight digits. Therefore, this meter is very accurate. With the use if a mass flow meter and a mass flow controller for converting digital signals to analogue signals. The Flow Totalizer and controller accept signals from the analog flow meters and these flow rates are displayed on a high visibility LED. Therefore even after a long period of use, the reading and visibility of the Truflo Flow Totalizer is not damaged. The display is highly scalable containing 6 digits to 10 digits. The memory of these meters can record up to 100 years of database without the use of batteries and this helps you to keep a track on record and also point out the specific places where there are more instances of oil leakage. The Truflo Flow Totalizer sends signals to the control room whenever fluids are unloaded and thus in this way it saves oil pilferage by detecting the oil leakage and it is also a denote for future accidents and can be utilized as a precautionary instrument because if the oil leakage is detected at an early stage, necessary precautionary measures to avoid accidents can be taken. This is very useful in cases of fuel oils and the Truflo Flow Totalizer is very useful gadget for the fluids which carry a tariff. The Truflo FlowTotalizer can be installed in the oil fields itself. And this can be utilized for swift performance and accurate reading. This helps oil pilferage and it is also useful in identifying the points from where there are chances of oil robbery. The Truflo Flow Totalizer meter can display a reading in terms of m^3/s or l/s. The Flow Totalizer adds up the total flow passed through a meter at a particular time and therefore this gadget calculates the transmitter’s signals in this way. The Truflo Flow Totalizer is more like an ultrasonic meter or you can say a turbine meter which helps you to keep a track of the usage of the oil. This Flow Totalizer gives the full information whenever the fluid is leaking or there is any sort of cheating being done by the way of stealing the fluid which has a tariff on it as this can lead to a huge loss for the owner. This gadget has a very clear digital display. The Flow Totalizer also has a mechanical meter giving a cumulative reading. This is especially useful in petrol pumps. It must be noted that in Petrol pumps, stealing of the tariff charged fuel is very lucrative mode of income. Moreover, oil pilferage can lead to major hazards because if the oil is dripping out of a machine constantly the machine may get clogged and this may lead to serious accidents and also it is not possible to manually detect this oil leak. Also, the accuracy in respect of the amount of oil leaking out is also very important.
