Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – September 1st, 2013 – Chris L Cox announced today the release of his long awaited debut album “Heaven to Win”, the title track being a tribute to the great Dale Earnhardt who was killed in a crash during the last lap of Nascar's Daytona 500 on February 18th, 2001.
