Therefore the things such as tension, anxiety or stress cause weight gain are becoming one of the parts in our life these days. It is one proven fact in many of the persons stress and tension becomes the reason for weight gaining. It is not applicable for all but it becomes visibly in most of the cases. The main reason behind it, according to the professionals and experts in that there is some kind of hormonal and psychological change take place during the time period when a person is suffering from stress or tension. These hormones are adrenalin, cortisol and corticotrophin. At the time when an individual is suffering form stress or tension these hormones acts as stimulant to supply required energy in the body to fight against the stressful condition. These hormones once released and done with their function, not remains in the body for longer period of time. They do their work and short lived. They are responsible to burn stored fat and carbohydrates in the body when energy is required. As a result of burning of stored fat and carbohydrates person feels hungry and requires a lot to eat. This can cause a weight gain in on individual. One of the hormone out of these, called cortisol is also responsible to secreting insulin in the body system. It in turn maintains the blood sugar level at the time of stress and tension. It also increases the appetite afterwards. These days one of the mostly seen difficulty with the persons is that they has sitting jobs and are not having any kind of physical movement. Besides this the level of stress and tension is increasing day by day. It increases the level of cortisol hormone on the body system, but without using it for energy generation by fat or carbohydrate burning. The amount of stored fat increases as a result. One of the most efficient solutions to reduce your stress is to burn calories and fat by doing physical efforts. But most oftenly persons just sit and start thinking about their problems and difficulties at the time of stress and weight gain, which is not required and fruitful at all.
