Pumps are used in quite a few establishments Primarily used in suction of water from the ground. The water Energy technology and environment exhibition recently took place where exhibitors displayed products for the pumping of water from the ground. Sources say that the exhibition was off to a positive start with the exhibitors exceeding 1300 national and international companies displaying their products. With the theme of the exhibition being sustainable development the firms held seminars covering water, energy and technologies. The participating businesses had displayed their products namely agricultural equipment, irrigation system boilers, pumps, valves, pipes and energy saving products etc. Having acquired sponsorship from 54 fields the display area was also enhanced to about 40,000 sqm. Construction projects are at its peak in the United Arab Emirates. The construction projects are now not only on land but have been resorted into the sea with the Palm islands and the world islands. Creating an artificial island means that the water from the region where construction takes place needs to be removed. High performance pumps are used to remove water and also pump in concrete and sand into the sea in order to make the construction projects possible and reliable. And once the Construction projects are underway the concrete and the cements need to be supplied for the building. These materials, in case of a multi storeyed skyscraper needs to be fed into at various heights. Pumping machines are used to raise the concrete and pump it in through the channels of the created foundations. The United Arab Emirates is world known for its Oil Drilling. An economy that thrives from the sale of oil to the world and a region where a liter of petrol is priced equally as a price of a bottle of water clearly justifies the importance of oil in the region. With Oil drilling from the seas being a prime business use of High performance pumps helps in order to pump the oil upwards to be barreled and exported to other parts of the world. An American Giant is cashing in on the oil drilling by establishing an oil and gas division in the region. The Oil drilling enterprises from the UAE has been booming in recent times with the problems in Syria. A barrel of Crude oil at the moment stands at $112.24 per barrel which was at the peak raising from approximately $108 per barrel on a single day. The pumping of oil will continue as the world’s oil needs are raising by the day and to cope with the surmounting sets rules alternative fuels and other sources are to be researched upon in the field of pumps in UAE.
