A sports player must have well composed body that does not contain fat in more percentage, rather it must be in low percentage. Its body must contain good muscles. For this one need to take nutritious diet. A sports person needs to burn fat that it consumed. High fat do not let more oxygen to the heart, brain and muscles. More fat in the body leads to less functional strength and speed of the player during the match. Fat also releases chemical or many kinds that are affective to human body and do creates insulin me excess which is bad. It increases blood pressure and are responsible for blood clotting. It even converts male hormones to f female which are not good especially for men. Good diet includes eating the regular meal which is nutritious and is rich in protein like vegetables ignoring the junk food. Skipping breakfast makes a person overweight and obese, which is not at all suitable for a sports person. They are recommended to take breakfast like cereal and milk, yoghurt which is also available in flavors, fruits which are rich in carbohydrates. Some sports institutes have suggested to take food like crumpets with jam or honey, milk that could be added with flavor,toast and baked beans. These foods are rich in carbohydrates indeed, but are generally poor contents of fats, proteins, fiber and minerals which are also essential. Better chart for diet includes porridge, eggs, grain toast, some meat or fish and also nuts and ofcource vegetables. Researchers have estimated that a footballer must take 2600 to 3952 calories a day and for women its 1940 calories per day. This stated that College football player needs not to eat very much extra than its normal routine.

Sports person is advised to take food with high carbohydrate content, moderate percent of protein food and food with low fat content. The supplements that are rich in carbohydrate such as potatoes, rice etc. can also increase fat in the body and may increase the cholesterol and insulin sensitivity also. There may also occur a situation when there is deficiency of many nutrients required to convert the food into energy due to processed carbohydrate content food.

In the evening College football Picks player must avoid things like caffeine and do things that are sleep promoting. Don’t even take water in excess which wakes the person in the middle of the night, which will affect the sleep.

It's good to eat carbohydrate starchy food which is beneficial in promoting sleep. Some good list for dinner could contain vegetables such as carrots, Swede, squash, sweet potato, whole grain rice etc. magnesium containing food is good to aid sleep. Don’t take food with more sugar content before sleeping like candy, desserts, dried fruits. Intake protein rich food at dinner.

Snacks are very good and fast means of calories and nutritions for a person. It's not necessary for everyone to take snacks if they do well without it. sports players are required to focus on nutritious food such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and other which provides carbohydrates which are a must for energy.
