But this is a golden opportunity to build a strong relation with your children by sharing some sweet moments with them. These celebrations serve as true entertainment sources for the whole family. Moreover, you can turn these celebrations into a means of educating your children about certain important aspects like heart and physical well being. You can even arrange for demos for them by using the props you often come across on a Valentine’s Day, the most common one being heart-shaped decorations. There are many great happenings you can line up on a kiddies’ Valentine’s Day. First thing you can innovate is the food. You can have the whole family on one table with a grand supper served before them. The biggest attraction of the day is always dessert. A beautifully decorated chocolate cake or small molten lava cakes are the most desirable desserts for this occasion. You can also give a try to the Berry Bloom Snack that is all about fruits on skewers. You can put in any combination of fruits on the skewers and involve your kids to make the whole process great fun. Next you can arrange many fun activities in your house and ask all the family members to participate. The activities will be more fun if you call in some of your friends as well. You can arrange hula hoop competitions and leap the rope shows for the kids where the kids perform by giving their best. Special prizes should be set for the winner for a positive motivation. Musical chair can also be arranged for a family entertainment. Give your kids some hula hoops and allow them to dance and sing while swinging inside these rings. It is so much fun to see those little ones moving and chirping joyfully while doing this stuff. It also provides a great source of measuring your kids’ physical strength. All these games boost the enthusiasm in all the family members and allow them to participate actively in all the household chores later on. After all the gaming and eating is over, sit with whole family together and start an activity of passing the romantic and affectionate messages for the different family members. Children may be asked to write small essays for their favorite family member or friend. They can also draw pictures of those individuals conveying special messages to them.
