Background verification or background check is a routine process in most of the organizations nowadays.In most cases no organization would like to hire an employee without a prior background check.Organizations require workforce to fill in vacant positions but the underlying essence is to have an employee who turns to be an asset in the long term of the organization. Organizational success is a summation of all the employee efforts put together in the path of betterment and sustainability. This calls for every employee across levels of hierarchy to be looking forward to the development and growth of the organization alongside individual contentment. Employee background check becomes a task which cannot be ignored in context of organizational success. The importance of employee background check is growing leaps and bounds and therefore more and more background check companies are starting their operations. They are helping the organizations manage the verification requests of ex employees as a third party agency.

Organizations have the option to rope in a employee background screening company but the screening companies have to stay dependent on the human resources department for getting the verification done.The human resources department of most of the organizations process the verification requests according to their convenience. Although the human resources people are not to be blamed because they have several verification requests pertaining to different ex employees lined up. Responding to verification requests require handling high volumes of data in order to extract the relevant ex employee information which might be several years old. Moreover, the information thus received may or may not be authentic. It may happen that because of a confusion in the channel , through which the information passes from the human resources department of employee's past organization to the third party agency and finally to the current organization of the employee and presents his/her past behavior towards peers and seniors in bad light. This may cause huge damage to the career of the otherwise talented, worthy and behaviorally apt employee.

To avoid the hassles and untoward situations identified in the above section a one stop solution for catering to verification requests should be reached at.The solution should be capable of managing high volumes of data spread across several organizations. There has to be an automation process installed to fetch the data of the desired employee. The solution and its provider should act as liaison between the verification agency and the different organizations willing to share the ex employee database to facilitate the smooth process of responding to the verification requests. Ex employee database repository will ease the cumbersome process of verification requests as a cost effective one stop solution.
