As the name implies ‘conveyors’, are the material handling machines that transfer products generally along a processing line. For example in the process of a packaging solution say for Falafel a vertical conveyor would be the link between a vibratory feeder which would hold the Falafel mix which would be carried by the conveyor to the multi head which has a series of heads (anything from 10 plus would be the norm) depending on quantities required. The multi head would then drop the product in the appropriate doses to some form of bagging machine say a zip pouch machine for example. The finished product would then travel along a takeoff conveyor for packing and dispatch. Motors to be stainless steel geared outside food zone. 5. TIG welded, stand-offs and round cross bars.
