Cheap broadband is likely to be something you have your eye on if you are looking for a great deal. There are so many deals available at the moment that it is sometimes impossible to know where to start looking. Some of the most popular broadband providers offer us a lot of great deals which we think may be too good to miss, but there are also some lesser known providers who are more than capable of giving us exactly what we need. Cheap broadband deals do not mean you have to put up with a really bad service from a small company which is based in the middle of nowhere, some deals could be perfect for you, you just have to know where to find them and how to take advantage of them. Below you will find some of the cheapest deals around at the time of writing. Please be aware these deals are subject to change at any time. If you have any queries about the deals offered, please do not hesitate to contact the service provider. You will have to pay for your landline, but you will still be getting a great deal. With unlimited downloads you can stay online as long as you wish, but you should be aware of the slower speeds this deal offers. Ok so it will cost you an extra 55p per month, but for that you will get an extra 2MB of speed and a free security package. You will also have to pay for line rental, but it is likely you will have to pay out less than £20 per month for this package. It is worth checking with TalkTalk to see how much the landline rental is before you sign up for it so you can compare it with other deals you come across. Deal Four Service provider: BT Monthly cost: £5.00 for six months then £10 per month Speed: Up to 16MB Downloads: 10GB Contract length: 18 months Free router: No Cost of phone line included: No Special offer: Free wireless home hub & connection Summary - One of the UK’s most popular broadband providers offers this great deal; £5 per month for the first six months and £10 per month thereafter, which makes it a pretty reasonable offer. This eighteen month contract also comes with speeds of up to 16MB, which is a little faster than the others, but it only comes with 10GB of downloads. 10GB may be suitable for some, but if you love to watch streaming movies/videos or listen to streaming music then it may eat up a lot of your data. However, if this is the deal you want, you will have to cut down on the amount of data you use so it lasts the twenty eight days. Deal Five Service provider: Virgin Media Monthly cost: £5.00 for 3 months then £20.50 per month Speed: Up to 60MB Downloads: Unlimited Contract length: 18 months Free router: Yes Cost of phone line included: No Special offer: Unlimited weekend calls Summary – Virgin Media bring us deal five and the chance to enjoy unlimited data with speeds of up to an incredible 60MB thanks to fibre optic broadband. This deals’ introductory cost is just £5 per month, but it will go up to £20.50 after three months. What is more is you will also be able to make use of unlimited weekend calls, which is ideal if you like to chat using your landline or you simply want to lower the cost of your mobile phone bill by calling from your home phone. The cost of the phone line is not included in this deal, so you will have to ask BT how much it is and work out if the deal is worth the money, if it is, you may just love this very fast deal. Make sure you have a good look at all the cheap broadband deals on offer so you end up with the right one for you. Remember to not to go for the first deal you come across as there may be a better one just around the corner.
