Understand Pronation Pronation is the rolling movement of the foot from heel to toe through the foot strike. It is the way of your feet to reduce the stress of impact. Neutral pronation happens when the outside of the heel is hit up to the ball of your foot evenly across the front. The neutral gait occurs when the outside of the heel strikes the ground first and foot rolls inward slightly absorbing the shock more effectively which allows the foot and ankle to properly support the body. 4. Go to a local specialty running store Sports shops usually offer the customers proper knowledge on advising running shoes. They can offer shoes that normal commercial stores do not have. 6. Ensure it fits perfectly Once you've found the running shoes that have high potential of meeting your needs, make sure that it fits you perfectly. Any type of discomfort might bring about injuries or accidents during your training.
