You can handle no sweets for at least 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, you won’t even crave them anymore. Sweets feed fat cells, so don’t give them any pleasure. 3-Lemon water. Drink hot lemon water first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. This will help your metabolism for the day. Use honey or stevia to sweeten the tea. 4-Go low.
