How can you get results with trying to lose weight without counting calories or starving? It sounds impossible, but it isn’t. Results come from being consistent and not giving up by keeping your focus. Have you ever felt that dieting is just too hard? Maybe you have tried it a few times and didn’t see the fruits of your labors. Perhaps you have had some success but, it didn’t last or help you reach your end goal. These can create feelings of being trapped and not being able to find a way out. Luckily, it doesn’t have to be so disastrous. You can turn around and triumph over your stumbling blocks. Learning to lose weight without counting calories or starving, puts you on the right track to not only lose your goal weight, but to maintain. Calorie counting is not a desirable lifestyle most people aspire to acquire. Success can be found by simply making healthy habits step by step and not stopping or giving up. Counting calories has never been my thing. I have searched for anything and everything I can do without worrying about calories. After some trial and error, I was able to find a great balance and lose even beyond my goal weight. Now I am passing my secrets on to you. I am happy to share what I have learned and experience because I haven’t been this thin in twenty years. Lose Weight Without Counting Calories Or Starving *Make plans. Once a week, take ten minutes and plan out healthy meals. Choose a smoothie, eggs, fruit, or yogurt for breakfast. Make healthy lunches with brothy soups and a variety of salads. Leftovers for lunch is one of my favorite. For dinner, choose lean proteins and veggies. *Drink water. Track the water you drink and make sure you are drinking about 100 ounces. It sounds like a lot, but water helps to shed unwanted pounds quickly and help you feel full. *Exercise. Reduce stress and induce fat burning by exercising daily. Plan 3 or 4 different workouts and rotate them week by week. Different exercises helps the muscles to burn fat as they learn to work in different ways. Exercise reduces hunger pains also. *Snack attack. Incorporate your snacks into your meal plans. Schedule snack times to avoid grazing in front of the fridge or pantry. Stick to these tips and soon you will see eye-opening results. These new habits are not hard after a few weeks. Just plow through the first month.
