Kanha National Park In Central India, Madhya Pradesh has several tiger reserves you can visit which is why it is sometimes referred to as the tiger capital of the country. One of those is Kanha, one of the oldest parks in India. Head to a quiet camp by Mukki Gate and you can sleep in the park, and spend your day on a private jeep tour looking for tigers with a top naturalist. Also known as a tiger reserve it has a vast amount of forest and grassland and tigers are not the only creature you can observe. Satpura national park At Satpura National Park, also called Satpura Tiger reserve as well as observing the Royal Bengali Tiger you can go for a hike, see the easier-to-spot leopard, go kayaking and more. Find all kinds of species of butterflies and birds, and explore creeks, gorges and forest life. Then relax in a lodge in the evenings or head to a terrace bar and enjoy the views as you unwind. Tadoba National Park The Tadoba National Park found in Maharashtra was one of the lesser visited parks but has become popular in recent years. For Royal Bangal Tiger sightings all year round this is the only reserve open all the time. Its open waterholes and 2 small lakes make it a great place for them to thrive. You can stay in small lodges at the reserve.
