Craig Ferguson tickets are now available and can be bought or sold online at StubHub.com. Jay Leno, David Letterman, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Kimmel have nothing on Craig Ferguson. With his trademark Scottish brogue, Ferguson has stood out on the late night circuit, and is steadily attracting a base of fervent fans who love his absurd sense of humor. Ferguson’s history begins in Glasgow, Scotland, where he began his creative career as a drummer for, as his CBS bio describes, "some of the worst punk bands in the U.K." While never a success in the music world, Ferguson eventually discovered acting, and found it a worthwhile pursuit that he was quite good at. Comedy especially seemed to suite him, and he began pursuing amusing roles in film and television. He hit it big when the BBC offered him a show entitled The Ferguson Theory. The show got his name out to the U.K. audience, and the exposure paid off with larger crowds at his stand-up gigs. He eventually decided to hop the pond and come to America. But would American audiences appreciate his droll, self-deprecating wit? They did, and the testing ground for it was Maybe This Time, a very short lived television comedy series in the mid-‘90s that didn’t do well, but gave Ferguson the chance to make audiences and studio heads alike laugh. They decided to fix him up with another role, this time playing the boss of Drew Carey on The Drew Carey show. He performed there for four years, a good long run that gave him the American exposure he badly needed. During the same time period, he began acting in more American television, making several appearances on the cult cartoon show Freakazoid! He would later lend his voice to other cartoon shows, including the children’s program The Wild Thornberrys, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, and The Legend of Tarzan. After having directed and written several comedies that found modest success, Ferguson finally got his shot at major stardom as the host and one of the writers for The Late, Late Show. But nothing quite compares to getting some Craig Ferguson tickets and seeing him live. Get Craig Ferguson tickets today! Written by Andrew Good and sponsored by StubHub.com.
