Full colour business cards are cheaper than printing in spot colour, because we print our full colour business cards in aggregated group runs. We print aggregated group runs for our full colour letterheads, brochures & flyers etc. By printing group runs, we capture the economy of scale of a large print run and share the set up cost between the different business cards. This means that full colour business cards are the same price per 500 or 1000 even if you only need to order one lot of business cards. Our range of full colour business cards has 2 options: MC1 & MC2. Both options of business cards are printed full colour both sides and the 1 or 2 refers to cello glazed one side or two sides. For Brisbane clients our business cards are available on a 300gsm or 400gsm board. We most commonly print on the 400gsm board, which is perceived to be a premium business cards. Our prices for business cards range from $105-145 + GST per 500 for MC1 and MC2 and $145 - $185 + GST for 1000 MC1 & MC2. For a small additional cost we can also print your business card with a spot colour or metallic silver. We can also use a similar process of under laying a spot silver, then printing in full colour over the top. This results in any colour over the spot silver being metallic. This means we can print full colour business cards with a complete metallic ink effect. Alternatively certain aspects of the business cards can be highlighted with the silver to become metallic. Spot UV is another process that can be used to help your business cards stand out from the crowd. Spot UV is a super gloss laminate that can be applied very specifically to highlight certain parts of your business card.
