Some Effective Exercises Tips for Erection

Since last few years, there has been a significant increase in the number of people who are facing some or other kind of genital erection issues. These people, during physical intercourse process, find it quite difficult to achieve rock hard erection. There are many reasons which can cause those situations. However, among all it is the lifestyle related changes which is the most prominent one. Basically male have the responsibility of their family. This is the reason, they have to work hard. However, current age male are ready to work harder than ever. But, they are not giving due importance to their diet and food. Apart from that, they even are not getting indulged in any physical activity. These changes are damaging the internal mechanism of the human being. It is not only making them weak, but also affecting their sexual capability and performance. Some of the example of these situations is to lose erection when putting on a condom, lessening interest in sexual intercourse and inability to complete the sexual intercourse process. However, there are some exercises which can help a person regain their lost vigor, strength and stamina. Some of these exercises for erection are as follows:-

Exercise for erection #1 Start by lying back on your knees. In this position, be sure that your have kept your knees slightly apart. Once you get comfortable with your new position, start bending your knees, and keep your feet flat on the surface of the floor. Meanwhile, tighten your pelvic muscles and hold this position for the maximum time that is possible by you. Now, relax for 10-15 seconds and then repeat the whole exercise. For best results, try to do this exercise twice a day. Exercise for erection #2 Sit upright in the chair. Now tighten your pelvic muscles. Hold on in this position for a minimum 10 seconds. Now relax and give rest to your muscles for a few seconds. Don't exert too much pressure on yourself. If you are feeling pain then quit for the day, but do not forget to repeat it on next day. For effective results, repeat this exercise 2 times a day. Exercise for erection #3 This exercise would require a mirror. Stand in front of any looking glass and then tighten your pelvic muscles. As you tighten your muscles, try to focus your attention on your testicles. Apply pressure on your pelvic region and watch your testicle elevate. Hold on in this position for a few seconds. Now loosen up and relax. Rest your muscles and try to do three sets, each time, twice a day.
