Becoming an NLP practicioner means undergoing NLP practioner training in order to achieve NLP practitioner certification . This means that you have to put in a certain number of hours of study and practical before you can attain your NLP practitioner certificate. Criteria for Nlp Practitioner Certification There is a progression in NLP Practitioner Certification, and to be recognised by the National UK and International Associations, one needs to have completed the following training: • INLPTA Diploma which requires 30 hours tuition over a minimum of 4 days under the leadership of an INLPTA Registered NLP Trainer. Certificates must be signed by an INLPTA Registered NLP Trainer and carry the INLPTA seal. This enables the use of NLP techniques for personal development and growth. The certificate makes them eligible for Associate Membership of the ANLP and diploma hours can be can count towards practitioner study hours. • NLP Practitioner which requires 130 hours tuition over a period of minimum 15 days formal classroom training. Certificates must be signed by an INLPTA Registered Trainer and carry the INLPTA seal and this means that NLP Practioners may use NLP techniques for business or personal development and counselling. Certificate entitles them to Graduate membership of INLPTA and Professional Membership of ANLP. • NLP Master Practitioner which requires 130 hours tuition over a period of minimum 15 days formal classroom training. Certificates must be signed by an INLPTA Registered NLP Trainer and carry the INLPTA seal and means that Master Practitioners may use NLP techniques for business or personal development and counselling. Certificate entitles them to Graduate Membership of INLPTA Professional Membership of ANLP. • Trainer Training: The candidate has to be an INLPTA NLP Master Practitioner and requires minimum 150 hours tuition over a period of a minimum of 19 days. Certificates must be signed by a least 2 INLPTA Master Trainers who have been authorised by the INLPTA Board of Directors to conduct Trainer Training and carry the INLPTA seal. An INLPTA NLP Trainer is authorised to conduct INLPTA Training up to Master practitioner level and is eligible for full membership of INLPTA and Trainer Membership of ANLP. • Master Trainer: The candidate must be an INLPTA NLP Trainer. This means that the candidate has attended and successfully completed an INLPTA Master Trainer's Training as authorised by the INLPTA Board of Directors. The candidate has successfully met the INLPTA competency requirements for an NLP Master Trainer, as assessed by the INLPTA Board of Directors. The candidate is allowed to conduct training in the domain of NLP Certification trainings. Able to conduct provisional NLP Trainer Trainings which are recognised by INLPTA as valid qualification for entry to an official NLP Trainer accreditation assessment process which must be accompanied with a personal voucher from the NLP Master Trainer with whom the applicant has trained. An NLP practitioner can help a lot of people once the correct NLP practitioner certificate has been attained.
