Company: Gantt Charts Made Easy

Website: Gantt-Chart.biz

Memorable Quote 1: Project vs. Program Management: Project management is like juggling three balls - time, cost and quality. Program management is like a troupe of circus performers standing in a circle, each juggling-three balls and swapping balls from time to time. ~Geoff Reiss

Memorable Quote 2: There are two types of software projects, incomplete and canceled. ~Steve Wilheir

Author Comment / Biography:
Steve Wilheir is a project manager and has been for the past 20 years. As a result, he knows "a thing or two" about project management, leadership, and so forth.

He writes articles to better the world of project management and to help new project managers learn to excel at their trade through improved use to project management tools like Gantt charts, PERT charts. process flow charts, and fishbone diagrams. He also works through advanced topics like statistics based process control, business process reengineering, team building, risk management, knowledge management, and oh, so very much more. Teaching project managers (and those studying for their PMP) how to more effectively use the tools of the trade for project management. Effectively using project management software will help the PM communicate project timelines, estimate, and progress effectively to stakeholders and project participants, alike.
