But here is the deal your body will always look like what you really feel when it's time to workout period,there is just no way to get around it. No matter what workout or diet you go on if the inner you, is not with you it's a failure for sure. The first thing you must realize is that everyone has a different body, when it comes to storing fat, some store it in their stomach,some in thighs,others in buttocks, arms,chest while few store it mostly in their calf and back. Now there are thousands of diets and exercise programs out there, most are really good but only for a few. A great workout and diet plan for this person to get rid of a fat back, is to simply cut their starches in half and begin running daily for 3 to 6 miles. This same program will not work at all for someone without a running background who has been fighting weight problems all their lives. For this person the only most real effective way to get rid of back fat would be a much more stronger diet plan and a lot less or hardly any at all exercise program. Just remember before committing to any exercise or diet program, that you can relate to others that have done that program before. Otherwise you are just setting yourself up for another fad and disappointment because you got hyped up over something that was never meant for you.
