Boys get ready for basketball and baseball tournament in town, if you don't get your application to be a varsity player in your school, then it is your chance to give your best dunk and dribble, who knows you might be the star player. Summer leagues was designed to all the youth in town to be able to stay active and physically fit; and these could be a great way to stay healthy and stress-free. Volunteer for environmental activities. If you're into nature and outdoor, then join in to environmental organization in town. This could be beneficial not only for you but as well to our planet. Saving and protecting mother earth could be a great advocacy, and could be a good contribution in town. Enroll in swimming lessons. If you want to prolong relaxing exercise then enroll in swimming classes. This is a form of meditation which can help you improve well-being. And can help you develop your skills such self-control, self-esteem and goal-setting. Do a room makeover. For sure you're stressed and tired from school, and know this is your time to enjoy a long break. So you want to spend most of the time in your bedroom, where you can relax.
