A SWOT analysis helps a company to determine its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. It is a best way to know what a company has to plan for future. Strengths and Weakness: There two types of skills that are your strength. These are soft skills and hard skills. Your education and experience are soft skills that are mentioned in your CV. Your skills for perform duties and in other way, skills to do a field work are your hard skills. Be always prepared for both of these things and explain clearly what you have best that make you able to perform your duty. Your weakness is includes those things that prohibit you to perform your duties in well. However to keep minimum threats, you need to put those things that you have analyzed these can come in your way to perform better. Like if you are going to apply for an I.T job, you can tell your interviewer that there could be some extra burden on you from your seniors. You can discuss about your role and duties so that all things could be finalized properly.
