Based in my experience over more than 3 year selling good on amazon, and over 2 years selling private labels products. I decided to create a gig on fiverr.com to sell my services as an Amazon consultant/Launcher. Analyzing the services and products that other seller do I could not find a specific gig for the idea that I have on mind. I will specialize in the area o launching a new product on Amazon market place. There are many factors that will make a product successful on Amazon. However the largest attributing factor to ranking in Amazon search comes down to two words: sales history. The stronger the sales for the last 24 hours, week, month, 2 months, year, and beyond all play a major role in Amazon determining where the product lies in ranking when a prospective customer runs a product search. When it comes to competition, out selling equates to out ranking (Donici 1012). Additionally another big force that drives customers to buy product is the number of reviews and the rating average. As a buy product of promotional sales, it is easy to realize that the feedback and product reviews of natural sales will increase the sales of the launches product. Analyzing my service with the SWOT I found out that the Strengths of my service is that no other seller is helping costumers to launch their products. However as a Weakness I found that my closest competitors have similar products and their prices are very challenging to mines. However the Opportunity is there because my service will be the first product related to launch a product on Amazon. The Threats that are there are many, but mainly are based on the fact that are other companies and sellers that help others to launch products but outside of fiverr.com. According to the STEEP analysis the Social forces that will lead my service to be successful is the outsourcing of services. More and more services and products are outsourced nowadays. Technological forces that affect Fiverr gigs are the fast pace of technology and the exponential growth that a service could have in any given moment. Economical will be always a demand because my costumers will always been in the hustle create more products to make revenue for their business. Environmental will not have as much influence on my gig. However if any of the products that I will lunch have anything to do with. I will be affected on a positive way because the appreciation of the environmental caring on products has always a positive feedback. In the political my service will have a lot of concrescences with the new policies that amazon is implementing. The new restriction of selling major brands on Amazon are making sellers to introduce themselves to private label products giving me an advantage of selling more services. The strategies that I will use to launch and promote the new items are different depending on what kind of product I am launching. The first promotional strategy will be derived from extensive research and meticulous testing; looking at numbers that we could track and it will look like that. A Supernova launch looks something like: Day 1: 40/units, Day 2: 30/units, Day 3: 20/units, Day 4: 20/units, Day 5: 20/units, Day 6: 30 Day 7: 40/units. The logic behind this technique is to start big, perpetuate sales to build a sales history, and at the end with a bang allowing your launch results to sustain beyond the promotion. The goal is to outsell page 1 competitors the first two days, approximately match sales in the middle, and end with a bang outselling competitors as much as possible. As with all launches, the number of units to give per day is dependent on your page one competitor's sales (Bezinga 2015) I will be constantly working to provide my clients and the community the best tools and opportunities to be successful in their Amazon businesses. I have a variety of fantastic tools and services in the pipeline that will allow me to help you grow and optimize your business in new ways.
