How to Prevent Weight Gain during Staying at Home?

There are circumstances in life when we have to do, what we never want to do but we have no choice besides doing it. The same nobody wants to stay at home but as I told earlier it all depends on circumstances like now in 2020 due to the Covid-19 virus.

We all Are lock-down in our home or there could be another reason like busy family life, taking care of old people at home or kids or due to some kind of illness or injuries, the reason could be any but First questions is can we prevent weight gain during staying at home without working out burning any calories.

As an online weight loss coach, I will provide you the top best tips you can add in your daily life and you won't gain any weight maybe you will lose some few pounds too if you follow it right.

So I am taking as you are staying home person not the physical activity or equal to nothing physical activity. How to stay fit. Tips 1. Limited your sugar intake - yes you heard it right, sugars are just empty calories and sugar GI level is too high will raise our insulin level too quickly and as the result, we start gaining weight. Our main goal is to make our metabolism fast so it speeds up the process of burning calories.

Tips 2. Eat a frequent meal, yes maybe you read it already so many times but still, people don't follow it, why? Because we think eating every 3-4 hours is boring and time-consuming or who will cook again and again for us.

Then my friend you are wrong, frequent eating does not mean you have to prepare a proper meal like your breakfast or lunch it is just a snack between your main meals like you have one apple, one cup coffee, I zero sugar protein bars or one fist of dry fruits with seeds something like that. see how easy it is, eating frequent meals.

Tips 3. Eat small meal - Eating full tummy meals most of the time makes us bloated and we won’t feel like to eat for hours after and which is bad for our healthy digestive system.

Tips 4. Always try to wake yo early before 6 am - Yes 6 am most of us sleep a late night, we waste our time on social media or chatting unnecessarily. I know it is your personal life so you can do whatever you want with it but My job also to guide you for a better tomorrow. So please avoid waking till late at night and wake up very late. Maybe you are at home, not going for work but still, you have to wake up on time and start eating. It will help your body to function properly and you can eat more frequent meals.

Tips 5. Drink water yes you must drink 4 to 5-liter water in a day. Most of us get confused about drinking water and frequent meals as they feel bored but it is all about habits you can make notes how many hours in a day we waist buy unnecessary chatting, gossips, daydreaming so drinking water hardly takes 20 seconds.

So if you drink 2 glass water between after 1 and a half hours of your meal the hardly you spend 1 - 2 minutes for drinking your 3 to 4-liter water in a day.

Tips 6. Avoid stress. I know it sounds easy to say avoid stress but hard to follow but with time and being positive mind can help you to relieve from daily worries as we all know nothing will sort our via thinking of stress and if we are helpless to do anything the stress make matter worse.

So better avoid stress and try to find a way to sort out your worries and remember nothing comes easy in life and what other people success we see on social media or TV it comes with years and years of failures and hard work.

Tips 7. Learn to enjoy it. Yes, you must practice living happily all the time. I met so many people in my life they are poor but they are happy whatever they have in life I am not saying here we should not work to earn more money with the right legal ways but I am saying only we must enjoy our life and thanks to god for this life. It will not only bring positivity in life but also maybe change the way of living.
