Antibiotics Are No Longer Protective - Superbugs And Bacteria Got The Upper Hand!

Health
Over some time now newspaper reports have become more frequent in talking about alarming stories that antibiotics are no longer effective against infection or resistant to bacteria, and some of the reports confirm the superbug has taken over. Without any question, over-use and over-prescription of antibiotics over many years has caused this disaster. The medical profession has acted like cowboys with a quick draw prescribing and pumping in antibiotics into people. But they are not the only ones causing or being the source of that problem, there are others as well. This has become a situation far more critical than first thought. Even the World Health Organisation has declared antibiotic resistance has become a health issue worldwide.

The hidden antibiotics are worse than the one the doctor prescribes!

At this point we have to know what we been taking so we can find any health issues from the over-use of antibiotics. Yes, it comes back to you: You know better than anyone else how your health is, and at the end we are responsible for our own health. There have been many people asking the doctor for antibiotics just because they haven't been feeling well. Antibiotics have gained such recognition with the perception that they fix everything. Hence this is the problem it created and it has many consequences that are not easy to reverse.

When we receive antibiotics in a hospital or from a doctor we know about it, or at least we can ask questions. But most people wouldn't be aware of the silently hidden antibiotics added to most of the processed food we eat. Some agricultural industries use antibiotics administered into livestock and animal feed to accelerate growth.

GMOs (genetically modified organisms) as well include genetic engineering of foods. The food we eat, like most processed foods including meat and some dairy products, contain many of the antibiotic residues. In agriculture GMOs were used in our food supply for more than twenty years to no benefit for our health.

One of the reasons these antibiotics are worse is because we don't know of the amount we are getting from the food we consume. Through knowledge about the hidden dangers we are having a better chance in avoiding them. It must become our first priority to avoid antibiotics as much as possible, so nature is able to build its own defense in our body against bacteria and infection. The hidden antibiotics are worse than the one the doctor prescribes!

Reduce antibiotics where ever possible to bring back your own immune health!

Avoiding unnecessary prescription of antibiotics reduces antibiotic resistant bacteria. We have reached that point now, where many bacteria are resistant to antibiotics that once killed them. Because of over-prescription for many years bacteria and superbugs have developed resistance to antibiotics once commonly used to treat them.

Now bacteria are causing serious diseases and are a major health problem. Avoid all products which advertise that they contain antibiotics or in any way antibacterial or antimicrobial which are often sold over the counter.

Educational programs and awareness is a must to let people know of this antibiotics issue. People not aware of this problem and continuing this way can face serious health consequences, even death.

The over-use of antibiotics in hospitals and by doctors can not only bring side effects like rashes and colon damage; this can also interfere with developing of multi-drug resistant organisms. Taking any antibiotics you don't need is a risk factor. This can have an unhealthy impact in your gut and can destroy normal natural bacteria for as long as two years.

If you have some gut discomfort or any other side effects caused by antibiotics it means, most if not all the good bacteria has already been destroyed. To get your healthy gut back to normal (and keep in mind this will take some time) use a diet rich in fermented foods such as sauerkraut, pickled food, Kefir similar to butter-milk also includes bacteria and yeast, plain yogurt, Miso is popular in soups and rich in fiber. Kombucha tea is full of probiotics and live active enzyme, also good for stomach ulcers. Kimchee is a spicy sweet fermented cabbage, these are just some. Any fermented vegetables are ideal for promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria to bring back the immune health in to your gut.

The basic key to restore your immune system is making better lifestyle choices. Avoid processed food us much as possible. Follow a proper diet plan by selecting the right food. Consume as much natural whole food as possible.
