For most of us this is a subject too squeamish to discuss when we talk about digestive disorders. Let's have a look and list some of them. There is no single cause for any digestive health problems, but there are multiple causes in play stopping your body from functioning normally. Digestive disorders can consist of: Constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, heart-burn, food poisoning, food sensitivities, ulcers, food allergies; these are just some to consider and to think about. Many of these digestive system problems are caused through dehydration. Every function of the body depends on water; any other beverages such as tea, coffee, fruit juice's etc. mixed with water don't count. Watch how much and what you eat! The saying goes "We are what we eat", but it's hard to know what we are actually eating these days. Most of food we eat is over-processed. It has many bad ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, coloring, flavor enhancer of choice among many food manufacturers, junk foods and take away outlets. Too many people eat too much food, too much fat food, too much protein, too much carbohydrates, party food and snacks. We eat too often and too fast. We must chew more and eat less. When the body lost its ability to digest! The most important aspect of your overall health is the ability to digest and absorb all the nutrients of the food you eat. Digestion affects your immune system, your cholesterol level, your circulation, energy level, blood pressure, even your mood and as well longevity. Where does it all come from? We aren't born with it! We can't blame our parents for it and it got nothing to do with genetics. It simply comes back to lifestyle, the type of food you eat and how much of it; there is no blame game here, just yourself. The fact is that the most digestive disorder problems can go back years. Being an over-eater and compulsive eater over long time, day after day after day, these are the consequences of digestive disorder. Symptoms become more noticeable such as diarrhea, bloating; constipation is most common with digestive disorder. When bowel movements no longer happen daily and becoming fewer than three times a week it is most severe to extreme. Such constipation puts you at risk for all kind of health problems. It's important to produce at least one significant, sizable, voluminous bowel movement every twenty-four hours. What is the answer to digestive disorder? Change whatever you do, now! Having more whole foods and less processed food, cut your food intake, have smaller meals, include lots of vegetables and fruits. This is "Important": Always eat your fruit before a meal or in to an empty stomach, never after the meal as it is often the case. Drink filtered water; never drink cold water with your hot meal, this alone is a severe health risk and no good for digestion. Avoiding everything from white flour, avoid sugars or sugary food, no sodas or soft drinks, as well drink less alcohol. Consider a detoxification to remove toxins from the system. Although by changing the diet and making better lifestyle choices our body detoxifies naturally. Become more active, go for walks in the fresh air, and think positive! Be aware of how your body responds as you make changes. You have to know your own body, because no one else will. The good news is that you don't need expensive pharmaceutical drugs to improve your digestive disorder. You can make a big difference on your health and digestive system, based purely on what you eat. As your body discharges all the bad waste it is important at the same time to take a good natural supplement in a liquid form. This is best for quick absorption to get the necessary vitamins and minerals your body needs as it detoxifies.
