Fortunately more and more people are becoming aware and are waking up to reality that we can't take our health for granted. One of the basic rules of life: You get out what you put into it! When we take on investment portfolios such as share-market, property or anything else we do our research and homework thoroughly before putting money into it. The question here lies in the priorities: Is money more important than our health? Some people may answer the question this way: 'If I have enough money I can afford the best doctor and the most expensive medication!' Yes, that is one option; you may let the investment money be managed by someone else with the best experience and still can lose it. There is some difference here - money is replicable in some other way, life isn't. Does anyone else care about your life as much as you do? Probably not, even though they are getting paid for it. It's like a water pipe corroded from the inside or blocked with particles over the years. You turn on the tap and only a trickle of water is coming out on the other end. This is very much the same with our arteries as they become old and brittle. The flow of blood to the heart becomes less because of the build up inside the arteries walls, and blood is of thicker substance than water. After taking blood thinning medication the flow of blood to the heart will improve. This is only a bandage solution; the blockage is still there and will stay there until it gets worse and after years of medication the side effects will bring even more problems. The answer to good health starts with knowledge and what to eat! When you suffer from poor circulation, there is not enough oxygen-rich blood that reaches your organs of the body, and this is when the body stops functioning properly the way it should. There are many natural treatments and remedies for almost any health condition. So, it's a matter of having that knowledge, spending that time to learn about what really works and how to overcome this issue. As an example for blocked arteries, high blood pressure, heart condition: Beetroot, or even better beetroot juice is the richest source of nitrates and one of the best circulation booster. Beetroot is one of the richest dietary sources of antioxidants and nitrates. Because of the dietary nitrates in beetroot and its juice it has this impact on blood flow and blood pressure. The results: More blood flows freely through the vines nourishing the heart and just about every organ in the body, avoiding strokes and heart attacks. There are other vegetables known to contain nitrate, iron and many other important nutrients that have great healing powers. Cinnamon is a must to lower cholesterol. This is an excellent remedy and becomes most effective when cinnamon and chromium are used together. Who would think cinnamon powder has any qualities except the sweet taste?
