For many years we've been warned about all the bad things to avoid in some of the food we eat to stay healthy or become healthy. The ones that have done so would agree what a difference this can make. This is all well and good, but the biggest problem arises in not knowing where the dangers are, how to avoid them and what to replace them with. There have been many breakthroughs over the years in fighting diseases, making us aware of what direction to take for a healthier life, and how to slow down the process of aging. This is important: Everything you put on your skin will absorb into your body and finishes up in the bloodstream. That's why some medications now come in patch form to absorb right into your skin.
